We are seeking a Bar Manager who can demonstrate a strong set of professional ethics, operational pragmatism and an engaging personality.
Responsibilities of Bar Manager:
- Manage the daily operations of the Bar and Staff at an Operational and Strategic level.
- Managing & Developing all aspects of Food & Beverage facilities in this property
- Ensure all service standards are maintained and consistent to highest level at all times.
- Develop and motivate staff members.
- Delivery and implementation of revenue budgets and maximizing profitability at all times
- Responsibility for Health & Safety compliance and legislation
- Awareness and responsibility for any internal requirements
Requirements of Bar Manager:
- An approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level and/or 5 years’ industry experience, preferably with a strong background in high volume Beverage ,from spirits and wine and cocktails
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for motivating and developing staff
- Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
